by Zoreen Lady Hill to the architect, Alan Swan, who accepted it on behalf of Park Portfolio. He gave the good news that agreement had now been reached whereby the Limoncello Restaurant is going to take over the ground floor to open as a restaurant, thereby completing the occupation of the buildings.
